Please note that your order shipment time depends on item availability. All items are hand-made by Sweetheart Company so there may sometimes be a short delay between order time and shipment. If there is a delay, we do not expect it to exceed 2-4 weeks. (We do not charge your card until your order is ready to ship!)

We make every effort to process orders in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on your order status as it moves through the process.

All items will be shipped VIA UPS with insurance. Should the item(s) arrive with any damage, a claim should be filed with UPS, the shipping company.
